With permission we record respondents "in the moment” as well as capturing video vignettes of what they say, how they feel and how they want to be seen

We find respondents are not shy, they like to get involved and provide savvy content
We sometimes task respondents to conduct personal ethnography - capturing experiences, observations and in-the-moment selfies. This helps explore:
- Pantry checks
- Product usage, storage and experiences
- The context of product occasions
- Shopping journeys
